End of Week 1

I somehow survived my first week as a teacher. My rap yesterday went well. I got some laughs out of the kids and had their undivided attention for at least the first few minutes. The rest of the class was up and down with kids acting up from time to time but we managed to get through the material.
It’s been such a long week for me and everyone else here. I have so much to learn from the different teaching experiences this week and can’t wait to start implementing them next week.
This week ended on a high note. At the end of our session today we had a wrap up where our group recognized different people who exemplified the six areas of teaching as leadership. I guess my factoring rap earned me this weeks spot light in Working Relentlessly
